Policy Statement

Payment Policy

Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late fees of 12% annual will be charged on all outstanding balances older than 60 days.

 

Handling Policy

There is a $5.00 handling fee per box. Below are our general packing procedures. There will be cases of slight differences based on the order mix.

• Biology Lab Book is 2.60 pounds and 22 fit in a box.
• Laboratory Investigations is 2.40 pounds and 24 fit in a box.
• Human Biology Lab Book is 2.40 pounds and 24 fit in a box.
• Laboratory Investigations Abridged is 1.65 pounds and 31 fit in a box.
• Exploring Biology is 1.10 pound and 37 fit in a box.
• Biology Tutor is 1.85 pounds and 29 fit in a box.

 

Insurance Policy

Each full box is insured at $300.

 

Freight Policy

FOB shipping point. Customer is responsible for all shipping expense. We will use the customer's specified shipper whenever possible.
