Book Returns

Please let us know when you are returning books so we can properly credit your account.

We have new policies to our return process. Please take the time to review them. Should you have any questions or concerns we are open to serving special cases. Please call or email.

• We issue credit on account only.
• We have a restocking fee of 10% or a minimum of $25 with each order returned. This is to cover the cost of unpacking the books, review of the book condition for resale and returning to stock.
• An additional fee will be charged if sent to the wrong business address.
• Packing list includes invoice number and date of purchase.
• Please make every effort to pack the books well. Unfortunately, if they are damaged and we cannot resell, we will not be able to give you credit.
• We are sorry but we cannot accept a return on a previously sold book.
• Customer pays shipping costs.

New Edition Releases

When we release a new edition we will send out prior notice. You will have the option of having a one to one replacement (shipping on us) or keep the older edition and receive the new edition at a deeply discounted rate (again, shipping on us). This will only be applied to the number of books you have in inventory though.
